My Journey
Burnout to Clarity
For years I lived the way many people do â pushing hard, taking on too much, carrying the pressure quietly and convincing myself that ânext week will be easier.â
It wasnât.
Eventually the stress caught up with me. I hit burnout. Soon after, a heart attack forced me to rethink everything â my habits, my identity, my direction and the way I treated my own wellbeing.
That moment changed my life.
It pushed me from survival mode into deep reflection and honest rebuilding.
I started studying and applying the tools behind real mental strength â CBT, NLP, mindset science and practical performance psychology. Not as a coach looking for new techniques, but as a human being trying to make life work again.
The results were life-changing.
And today, that same journey is the foundation of my coaching.
